These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aivyns platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Platform Usage
Aivyns provides an AI-powered talent intelligence and career readiness platform for students, institutes, employers, and administrators. You may use the Service only in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
2. Role Responsibilities
- Students: provide accurate profile, education, and assessment information; use learning content for personal career development.
- Institutes: manage enrolled students fairly, keep records accurate, and respect student privacy.
- Employers: post legitimate opportunities, evaluate candidates fairly, and use candidate data only for hiring purposes.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Misrepresent your identity, role, or credentials.
- Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Attempt to access another user's account, scrape data, or interfere with the Service.
- Use the Service to discriminate unlawfully against any candidate or group.
4. Assessments & Job Matching Disclaimer
Assessment results, career recommendations, employability scores, and job matching outputs are generated by AI models and are provided for guidance only. They are not guarantees of employment, performance, or outcomes. Hiring decisions remain the responsibility of employers and institutes.
5. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or pose a security or legal risk to other users or to Aivyns.
6. Payment & Billing
Certain features may be offered under paid plans. Where billing applies, fees, renewal terms, taxes, and refund eligibility will be presented at checkout and form part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
The Aivyns platform, brand, and content (excluding user-submitted content) remain the property of Aivyns. You retain rights to the content you upload and grant Aivyns a license to host and process it to operate the Service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
